GP appointment? Don't need it? Cancel it!

We know people forget things, cancelling GP appointments being one of them. Remember to cancel your appointment if you don't need it.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please give us as much notice as possible so that your appointment can be offered to someone else.

How to Cancel an Appointment

If your appointment is more than 24 hours away and you need to cancel, please contact us online via Anima. Alternatively, you can cancel your appointment by responding to your text reminder with the word "CANCEL". 

If your appointment is in less than 24 hours' time, please call us on 020 8763 5620  and select option 3.

Cancellations notified less than 30 minutes before the appointment time will be recorded as failure to attend (DNA). Repeated failure to attend booked appointments is costly to the NHS and detrimental to the health of our other patients.
