Telephone Times

Our telephone lines are open from 8am to 1pm and from 2pm to 6pm. Our phones are switched to the Out of Hours service overnight between 6pm and 8am. When you phone the surgery, you can select from one of the following options:

Enhanced Access

Appointments are available through our Primary Care Network and are bookable by phoning Reception on 020 8763 5620. The Saturday clinic is held at our Purley Surgery.

Appointment times include:

  • Friday Evenings: 6:30pm to 8pm
  • Saturdays: 9am to 5pm

Life Threatening

Call 999 or go to A&E now if:

  • you or someone you know needs immediate help
  • you have seriously harmed yourself – for example, by taking a drug overdose

A mental health emergency should be taken as seriously as a medical emergency.

Urgent But Not Life Threatening

Visit an urgent care centre if:

  • You have an urgent medical issue requiring on the day attention

Use NHS 111 if:

  • You need help now, but it’s not an emergency

There will be someone to provide you with advice and to direct you to a clinician if it is necessary.
