Chaperone Policy

You are entitled to have someone accompany you to any appointment at the practice. You may choose for this to be a relative or friend.

The practice has fully trained chaperones who will also be available. If you know in advance that you will require a chaperone please request one at the time of making your appointment, as if it is not possible to provide a chaperone immediately, you may have to return at a mutually convenient time.
