Friends and Family Test
The NHS Friends and Family Test (FFT) was created to help service providers and commissioners understand whether patients are happy with the service provided, or where improvements are needed. It's a quick and anonymous way to give your views after receiving NHS care or treatment.
NHS Ratings and Reviews
We encourage our patients to let us know about their positive experiences at our practice. If you'd like to leave a review, please do so on the NHS website
Bad Feedback
We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice. However, we are aware that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. If this is so, we would wish for the matter to be settled as quickly, and as amicably, as possible.
Please email our Practice Manager at swlicb.complaintswoodcotemedical@nhs.net. All complaints will be acknowledged within 3 working days and you will receive a full reply as soon as an investigation has been undertaken. Please do not use this contact method if you need medical urgent attention. Further information on our complaints procedure is available below or from reception.
