Home Visits
Home visits are only available for patients who are housebound because of illness or disability, not because of transport issues.

Visit Anima to request a home visit
If you are unable to use Anima please telephone us on 020 8763 5620, preferably before 10am. A doctor may phone you back as it may be that your problem can be dealt with by receiving telephone advice or a doctor may ask a district nurse to make the first assessment.
Please remember that several patients can be seen in the practice in the time that it takes to make one home visit. There are also better facilities for examining and treating patients at the surgery.
