Why does the Receptionist need to ask what's wrong with me?

When you phone the sugery, the receptionist will ask what is wrong with you. This is because:

  • Our receptionists need to connect you with the most appropriate service for your needs
  • Depending on your issue, it may be more appropriate for you to see a different clinician
  • The GPs have asked our receptionists to ask certain questions when booking to help the smooth running of our clinics

Providing this information can help us to save a GP appointment for you when you really need it.
