Covid Boosters & Vaccinations

Patients aged 40+ can book their booster from 5 months (152 days) after receiving their second dose via the National Booking Service.  Appointment dates offered will be from 6 months after the date of the second dose.

First and second doses for children aged 16 and 17 are available to book via the National Booking Service. The 2nd dose can be given from 12 weeks after receiving the 1st dose.

First doses for children aged 12-15 years can also be booked via the National Booking Service or there are a variety of walk-in clinics available.

Third Primary Doses for Immunosuppressed Patients

Some people who are immunosuppressed due to underlying health conditions or medical treatment may not mount a full immune response to COVID-19 vaccination, and the JCVI recommends a third primary dose to help reduce the risk of getting seriously ill from COVID-19. These are given at least 8 weeks after the second dose, taking into account ongoing treatment and individual circumstances.

All patients should have received a letter from South West London CCG with advice on how to book their third dose.
