Prescriptions
Please allow 3 working days for all your requests to be processed. Where possible we ask that you provide a nominated pharmacy for us to send any prescription to.
Ordering a Prescription
Important
We cannot accept prescription requests over the telephone as errors often occur with verbal communication of drug names.
When you order a prescription online, you can have it sent electronically to a pharmacy of your choice. This is called a nomination.
Online Form
You can use our online form to request your repeat prescriptions. No account required, but you will be asked to provide your email address so that we can contact you if necessary.
Order Prescription Online
You can use the NHS App to order your prescriptions online and have them sent to a pharmacy of your choice.
Order via your Local Pharmacy
Your pharmacy can order your medication on your behalf. Please contact the Pharmacy of your choice for more information if you wish to use this service.
Medication Queries
If you wish to discuss any medication queries over the phone with our prescription team, please call on 020 8763 5620 and select option 2 between 9:30am and 12pm.
Alternatively, you can submit an Admin query to the team online.
Medication Reviews
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to book an appointment with our practice pharmacist at least once a year to review these regular medications. Please ensure you book this appointment when you are requested to do so, in order to avoid any unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
