Nicky Sutherland

BSc (Pharm), Dip. Pharmacy Practice, Independent prescriber. ARTP Cert. in Spirometry

Nicky worked for 18 years in hospital pharmacy before moving to work for the CCG in 2008. In 2015 she joined Woodcote Medical and performs medication reviews. She has a particular interest in respiratory disease, medicines optimisation, safe prescribing processes, and the use of data to monitor and improve healthcare. Nicky has recently taken training to become an Advanced Clinical Practitioner.

Health Visitors

A health visitor is a registered nurse who has received training particularly related to babies, children and pregnant women or relating to older people. Their role is to provide families with children under five years old with support and advice around the general aspects of mental, physical and social wellbeing and to provide a supportive service to vulnerable, frail, isolated older people.
